Old English Cider Cake

Felicity at Parsonage Cottage is suffering from woeful neglect.   My attention has been diverted and I have moved over to Parsonage Cottage Recipes .  



An Old English Cider Cake is my latest offering from some rather vintage recipe books from my shelves.

      Hi Sara, It is a cake which develops much more flavour after being kept for a day or two. I am lucky, I am surrounded by cake-eaters, they really enjoyed it.
