Sweet Dreams

It is a cold night, here in Lincolnshire, light snow is falling.       These two are cuddled up together in Cosy Corner, right next to the Rayburn.      It will end in tears, they'll squabble later, but right now they are content.

  1. Cats snuggled in a warm place seem the epitome of contentment--even if it is short-lived.

    1. Hello MM, Doesn't it! They have a love/hate relationship. Sparky, the black and white one, is much older and gets a bit grumpy these days.

  2. Oh, they look adorable, as if butter-wouldn't-melt ... but once outside, they turn into miniature tigers, don't they? We used to have cats, I miss them in many ways, but not their wanting to go out at night, the calficfied cat food on the floor ... but when they're like this, they are rather lovely!

    1. Hello Margaret, Hunting machines, especially Sparky (the b+w); she was a feral rescue and still knows how to feed herself, especially on fresh young rabbits. Most of the time she demands the finest food - NOW!
